Beyond the logo design, we created the tagline A Community of Learning, and developed a voice tone and messaging document with marketing language for use by the Library’s team when communicating with their diverse audiences of young professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, community groups, college students, lifelong learners, immigrant populations, families, children, youth, adult readers, and seniors.
We created an internal-facing Brand Positioning Statement to guide Spokane Public Library’s marketing decision-making, service offerings, and customer relationships.
We wrote marketing copy samples for specific audience groups, including dozens of headlines created for library staff use when developing their own advertising, digital marketing, in-branch promotions, website messaging, and other materials.
Additional work included the design of sister identities for the Friends of the Library and the Spokane Public Library Foundation, library cards, brochures, rack cards, bookmarks, retractable banners, and extensive brand guidelines.
