The brand image focuses on the practice’s initials (NWOS) and the healing and energy that comes from their treatment and surgical procedures.
NWOS’s website highlights the providers, services, and specialties while enabling patients to log in to a patient portal, pay bills online, and request appointments. An interactive map on each page guides patients to the practices' seven locations. Icons link visitors to Northwest Orthopaedic’s social media.
Following the sites’ launch, we developed and managed an integrated marketing campaign consisting of strategically placed billboards, public radio underwriting, radio ads, and geo-targeted digital advertising. The campaign theme, “I Chose NWOS, You Can Too!” featured three patients who received orthopedic care. The campaign ran for five months and generated a 182% increase in conversions.
Ongoing projects for NWOS includes content development and the development of online videos promoting different aspects of the practices’ treatment and care.
